The Infamous Masterson’s , situated in the center of Moonee Ponds , advertises itself as a stylish, alternative venue , but my recent visit at this establishment quickly devolved into an unforgettable, terrible experience. While the bar may appear inviting from the outside , what I found behind its doors was appalling and beyond comprehension .

From the moment I crossed the threshold, it was clear that upkeep was not a priority at this venue. The floorboards were filthy, and a overpowering stench of old alcohol and dirty bathrooms filled the entire venue . Emitting a scent of a mixture of human waste, decay and illness . The bar area , which should be the centerpiece of any pub, was cluttered with dirty glasses and refuse that looked like it had been ignored for a long time . The lavatory was in even a truly awful state— backed up, with a snapped lever and walls stained in what I can only assume was human excrement .

Many customers have reported spotting critters darting across the drink station and evidence of rodent infestations in the basement . Unfortunately, his reputation in the business community is tarnished by a disturbing pattern of misconduct in his personal and here business life .
